The following properties are used WikiPageProperties used programattically by wiki:

SummaryA summary property will be displayed in the tooltips of any page in this wiki linking to this page. For example ExamplePropertyPage. Also used as HTML meta-tag in the header.
DescriptionUsed by WikiNewsletters, a description says what your newsletter is about.
TopicsUsed by WikiNewsletters, comma-seperated list of topics,
SubscribersA comma-separated list of subscriber email addresses, user@domain.com, name@person.net
UpdateFrequencyShould be a number (I've seen 10), which appears to be used by WikiNewsletters.
XredirectWithout an X, Redirect: will redirect the page to another web page.
KeywordsUsed for meta-tag information for the HTML page header, helps with search engines.
TitleSupposedly used by WikiBase, but I'm not sure how.

StylesheetYou can specify a URL to a stylesheet in the ContentBase file and that namespace will then use that as the override.

The following properties are not programatic, but are useful:

Nextthe next page in a sequential set
Previousthe previous page in a sequential set
IndexUp to the index of this page.
QuestionHow do we use these tags?
AnswerJust type a single word and a colon at the beginning of a line, followed by some text.
NoteIf you want to do a multi-paragraph property, use colon-open-bracket :[ and end with a close-bracket on a new line.

For example, like this:

QuestionCan I have answer associated with a specific question?
AnswerYes, by using a WikiPageProperty inside a multi-paragraph property, like this.
CommentIt doesn't look perfect, but maybe with some small CSS changes it can be made to work.
